Our driver will hold a A4 paper sign with your name on it. For airport we will meet you at the arrival hall. For hotel in the lobby.

For airport and train station pickups, you have a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control that could lead to unexpected delays. By providing your flight or train details upon booking, your driver is able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. If there is a very long delay and the driver is not able to wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.!

Yes! Payment can be also made in cash (RMB, HKD, USD and Euros only). Prior notice is requested if more than a small amount of change is needed. Change will be given in local currency only. All Rates are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc. Extra hours are billed for the number of hours above that you ordered the vehicle in 1/2 hour increments. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. Guangzhou Limo Service rates are inclusive of taxes but not any gratuity. If you feel would like to provide a gratuity it is at your sole discretion.

Cancellations are accepted by email (bookings@guangzhoulimoservice.com)only. 50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hrs before scheduled pick up. Cancellations made in excess of 24 hours will not incur any charge. No shows will be charged the full reservation fare.

Guangzhou Limo Service requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to pick-up. If, a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time, and all other pickups include a free 15 minutes.

If you want the vehicle for the whole day then its a different cost. Customer usually get dropped off in shenzhen downtown sometime if we visit factories then it depends on the location , the vehilces are very comfortable and customer do shove a lot of samples in the back to bring back to HK which saves on delivery costs.

Immigration process on HK Side is that you dont have to get off the vehicle when crossing over, just hand your passport or HKID to the driver and he will pass to immigration guy who will look into the car to verify. China side depends on the amount of traffic, somtimes its faster to get off and walk through or if its not busy then it will be the same as HK side process. You can leave your bags in the car and just cross the china border. less things to carry around.
